As the fast advancement of new technology is affecting every aspect of our daily lives in every corner of the earth, each district is encouraged to stay in the main stream of the digital world by appointing the Information Technology Chairman.
· Create and maintain the district's page.
· Establish communication system through e-mail between members and other clubs.
· Assist clubs to submit Monthly Membership Report, Annual Activities Report, Club Officers Reporting Form, and others through the association’s Web page.
· Work with the district governor and decide the format of the district monthly activities report to be submitted by the clubs in the district, and distribute the report form to the clubs.
· Obtain the association's official publications, newsletters, directories, and many other Lions information materials through the Internet.
· Develop the district's record-keeping system on the computer.
· Work on other innovative projects.
