Honorary Chairman
Each district may have an Honorary Committee whose membership consists of the following Lions within a district:
· Past international officers
· Past international directors
· Past district governors
It must be stressed that the governor is in charge of the district. This committee functions only at the request of the governor.
· Promote harmony through the district.
· Perform duties as directed by the district governor.
· Meet when called upon by the district governor to do so.
· Take problems assigned by the governor and recommend solutions after careful study.
