Multiple district and district conventions require coordination and promotion through the district.
· Educate and motivate club members to participate in conventions at all levels of Lionism.
· Urge the clubs to appoint an active club convention chairman.
· Communicate with the clubs using all the available sources such as district governor’s newsletter, visitations to clubs, zone and district meetings, and special mailings.
· Inform clubs of the arrangements, programs and costs of each Lions convention.
