PURPOSE
The purpose of the Presidents and Secretaries Council, hereinafter
called PSC, is to provided a forum to allow the exchange of ideas and
news concerning the Lions Clubs and District 2-S2. The PSC may also be
utilized to discuss methods to assist those clubs that are having
difficulty with membership, finances, etc.
OFFICERS
The officers will consist of the President and the Secretary of the
PSC. The members will consist of the President and the Secretary of
each club in District 2-S2. The candidate(s) for President must a
current President for his/her Lions Club. The candidate(s) for
Secretary must a current Secretary for his/her Lions Club. The
election of officers shall be held during the June meeting of each
year. The current Presidents will vote for a President and the current
Secretaries will vote for a Secretary.
MEETINGS
The regular meetings of the PSC will be the first Wednesday of each
month except July. All meetings will be presided over by the
President, PSC. Those that wish to address the meeting will sign the
speakers request form. The Secretary will maintain a list of those
present for each meeting during the entire year.
